I just can't imagine a knife not being legal to carry.If a cop busts me for that he must be pretty bored.Thats a law I've never payed attention to.I'd gladly go to jail out of protest on that one...lol

Funny thing happened to my brother. He applied for his Georgia CCW and was denied. When he looked into why, they showed a conviction for an illegal weapons offense.
He had no idea what they were talking about. Turned out to be from an incident 40 years ago that he didn't think was a big deal.
We were living near Chicago. He was a teenager and got pulled over by the cops. They had him empty his pockets and he was carrying a pocket knife that exceeded the blade length restrictions.
He paid his fines and went on with life. 40 years later it comes back to haunt him. Luckily he got it wiped off with just a phone call and was able to get his CCW
