Thats a JA Henckels HK-25-RP from the late 90s. They were contract made by Boker.

Nice piece. A quick search looks like they also had a run of torched bone and stag potentially. Thanks for sharing, and thanks for the info, always cool to learn about unknown to me knives.

Variants I have are -B Blood Red (almost black), -BFH Buffalo Horn, -BWP Burnt White Pickbone, -BP Blue Pickbone, -FLIV Fossilized Ivory (cream / brown), -GP Green Pickbone, -HLBN Helbraun (light brown), -Stag, -WSB White Smooth Bone, -YP Yellow Pickbone. I know of -AULF Autumn Leaf, -GSW Gunstock Walnut, -MOP Mother of Pearl, -RP Red Pickbone, -T Artificial Tortoise. There may be others.

Guess I'll swap this in for the '18 Buck 301 Forum Knife. Nothing against the Forum Knife of course, but this 828318 Dixie Stockman has a ever so much more versatile blade set ... and carbon steel blades ...

That's an old beauty Like the blade arrangement, slant bolsters, fairly low riding too and the advert's description of crocus one side, glaze the other- very nice touch of the old professionalism
