Sometimes a little bling is a good thing. I like a lot of those older celluloid scales.

I like a lot of those older celluloid scales.

I like them until I find that one in a group of several has started to deteriorate, potentially damaging all the other knives nearby. I know what I need to do; I need to display them mounted in a knife roll that's open and hanging on the wall. That way, if one goes bad, it won't spoil any others. They sure are pretty! T-A

I missed last Sunday, and today I’ve been in the garage all day fixing a bad parking brake on my truck. I did have a stockman on me though. If you’ve never tried an Imperial Frontier, it’s a solid working knife.

In my pocket today. 71’ Camillus made Buck 301. This particular knife is probably my favorite non 303 knife I’ve ever owned. And it’s seen more pocket time over the years then any thing other then a cadet. Something about it speaks to me. View attachment 1354493

My latest. Is it a stockman? No Sheep’s foot blade...Is it a cattle knife? It’s equal ended but square not round and it is mildly serpentine...

Buck called it the Rancher so I guess they didn’t want to commit.
