Hi guys, just a BOLO alert for potential reselling of stolen goods.

I ordered a Norseman from Grimsmo (#6582) and the package arrived today with all the accessories EXCEPT for the knife. Package was obviously tampered with in transit.
The most I can do is attempt to alert the knife communities in the event that the thief tries to resell it. They won't have the COA or case, he/she was too stupid to grab it as well, but re-taped the package so maybe they left in in there on purpose if it was someone at USPS.


In the event someone comes across it online do not buy it or help out the thief. Pic related, it's the knife.

That’s a beautiful version too. Easy to be on the lookout. If I saw that on the exchange, I’d be looking to buy.

Sorry that happened to you. Hope the scoundrels are caught. 💪

Did you take pictures/video of the opening? It's not a bad idea to do as a routine , just in case (admittedly, I do not) ; but it's a must when seeing damage or evidence of tampering.

No I did not. It wasn't apparent to me at first since it was re-taped. Only until I realized the knife was MIA and I looked closer at it. Ironically the other knife I ordered from them also arrived today at the same time without issue so I think it's probably someone in the Canadian postal service. The first knife that went missing was shipped a day prior.
 
I had read on this Forum that the Canadian border was confiscating knives that are able to be deployed one handed.

Man that sucks, that is one of the nicest versions I've seen. I bet it's up on ebay soon.
 
Sorry this happened OP. When I ordered my Norseman, my heart was in my throat until it arrived, and it didn't even have to cross an international border.

I frequent a few places online where folks trade/sell knives. I'll keep my eyes open.
