my knives have been stolen! Dirty s.o.b.'s

I live in alameda CA and my collection of about 400 knives is gone missing stolen whatever er it ain't where it was. So if anyone had seen or knows of help in recovery you'd forever been in my debt..

I'd start hitting the local pawn shops and call the cops if you find some of yours. Most pawn shop owners will not work with you without the popo involved.
I'm assuming you've already reported this to them.
 
What knives are the best to search for - those we can describe simply? The thieves likely have no idea what they stole and will try to dump at some pawn shop for the price of a few hits of drugs. We can watch eBay if we can formulate a word search.: Bowie 7" blade (stag, horn) handle 1843

I pray you recover these. It's everybody's worst nightmare. When I was a kid our house was tossed and some guns were taken. And almost 50 years later and it still bothers me. The violation itself is just the beginning. I wish you the best. Peace. Scott.
