I agree, raise hell, or at least cause a small scene... If it was taken out of your room... guess what, the thief works there. If you're still able to that is...

Do file a police report the cash value may not be that high but it is needed when your knives are found

I'm not sure if homeowners insurance would cover such a thing AAA travel insurance may cover it though...

In any case best of luck getting your knives back.
 
I'm sooooooo happy!!!!! My loving wife went on a tyrade yesterday to the manager about their lack of cooperation so far and I think she may have started posting on their facebook page. Strangely enough someone brought my knives to the manager this morning with a story of finding them tucked between the mattress and box spring. I'll be getting my babies back tomorrow!!! Thanks for the support guys!

This is why i bring cheap knives on my vacation. The a hole that took it most likely doesnt even know what they are..

I can imagine the happy dance you're doing. Glad your wife had the guts to make a big deal about it. She definitely loves you, and is a keeper.

Heh. Sounds like someone panicked and didn't want to be caught with them... Well, congrats dude! That's a lucky break.

Awesome, glad to hear you're getting those back. Those are some lovely blades, and I would have torn someone a new one if those got stolen out of my room.
 
Wow. Just wow! Now it ain't over until they are in hand, unmolested. I'll be watching your follow up. Lol at disney i could pack my busse fixed. I would have tucked those folders nicely on my person or in a bag. Six flags, now thats a different matter, more like going through TSA due to gangs wanting to represent on the batman ride heh.
