I dont know where else to post. i contacted a moderator, but haven't heard back. He/she may be busy or not had time to respond back which is fine. Just looking for advice from others. I traded a BM 32 and minigriptillian for a LNIB Zt0560 and basically SGTCUTS here on bf stole. He hasn't shipped his knife after 12 days. One excuse after another and a invalid tracking number. I googled his name and found other cases of theft. I can't stand thieves. I at least hope sgtcuts or trey yelvington doesn't do this to someone else here on BF. I gave him sufficient time to make it right, and now I just want others to be aware of his BS. here is my evidence (not to mention everything else) http://www.cpfmarketplace.com/mp/showthread.php?253270-Jeers-to-sgtcuts I should have known better, but he had 1 positive feedback here on bf so i didnt want to be a prick about; you send yours first, then i send mine. I guess I will have to be that guy from now on. Please give me any helpful info on how I might get him back other than letting others know what a POS he is. I at least have a couple of other zt knives to keep me going, but this one would have been great to wear on my vest at work.
 
I noticed sgtcuts posts on general knife discussion the most so I wanted to give others here a warning about sgtcuts. I made a deal to trade a BM 32 and minigriptillian for his zt0560, which he never sent. He contacted me about the trade. I sent the knife 11/03/12 and still nothing but excuses and false shipping info. I goggled his name and found this thread which refers to 2 other misconducts http://www.cpfmarketplace.com/mp/showthread.php?253270-Jeers-to-sgtcuts to me this is unacceptable and I want to warn others here on bf about him. I also had noticed he said knife was NIB but saw he traded a knife for the current zt0560 which he didnt disclose, but I dont care about that. Had I gotten a used knife I would have blown it off, but straight thievery is unacceptable and I hope he doesnt to anyone on BF again. Hopefully the moderator I notified bans him.
 
That sucks man. I hope he stabs himself with it and the open wound gets flesh eating bacteria in it. Giving him the gypsy curse.

Sorry for being persistent, but this guy deserves to be known as a thief. I gave him plenty of time to work it out and after seeing the other problems I decided it is a lost cause. I would like to at least see him banned here. He shouldn't have any privileges here at BF. If you need any info to ban him let me know. He shouldn't be allowed here.
 
Made a trade of knives. Sent him mine, and after a bunch of excuses and invalid tracking info still no knife. I ended up finding more.info and this isn't the first time he has wronged someone. I hope he at least gets banned from.bf.

Sorry that it happened. It sucks there are people that take advantage of others on these forums.
 
This should really go in the feedback forum but I'm sure a mod will move it if necessary. And as for the thievery, you have all his info: name, address, etc. File a police report for mail fraud/theft, whatever will stick- and tell him you're doing it. Nothing motivates like a felony.
 
I'll try contacting SGTCUTS and see if I get a response. Hopefully we can get it resolved. If not, we'll take necessary action insofar as this site is concerned.

In the meantime, as an LEO (per your profile) you should avail yourself of any other potential remedies through making reports to USPS and perhaps a call to the department which polices his area.
Perhaps they can make a stop at his residence on your behalf to discuss the matter.
 
To the OP, thanks for the heads up and I hope you get it resolved and get your knife.
 
If you haven't already, post a link to this thread on his visitor page and DEMAND that he explain himself out in the open.

Thanks for the help people. As far as my job goes I appreciate the idea but we have bigger problems than this sob. I just don't want other people getting burned nor he participate here. Bf has its personalities but thieves shouldn't be allowed. I'm not a mod or anything but I'm sure everyone agrees.

No reply to date from SGTCUTS. He has now been banned.
