A friend showed me how to turn a piece of flint into a blade.
I'm not an expert by any means after only 30 minutes, but his are unreal.
Some of them are wafer thin.
I got myself 3 new stitches from one of his blades.

Agree show us some pictures man! Of the knives, not your stitches. I think I read somewhere that they were still using obsidian blades for eye surgery not that long ago.

All sorts.of surgery..........Nothing sharper or cleaner cutting.......Pretty cool hobby, talent and subject all around...
