Stephan, I've seen lots of Jerry Rados steel used in some amazing knives, including his own, and I have benefited obliquely from his work- having not actually seen any of it first hand, but enjoying it in print or on the internets. What I'm saying is the knife community is richer due to his output, and I would like to help support him in getting his shop back in order.
So, although it's going to come as a bit of a hit for me at the moment, financially, I always believe that it is worthwhile to pay it forward. It's not ALL righteous, as this is a sweet knife;):)

I'll take this knife, please. When I'm back at my computer on Monday, I'll paypal the funds to Karl, and drop you a line with my mailing address:thumbup:.

Good on you, Stephan, and all the rest of you helping out Jerry Rados. It says a lot about this community!
