I just rcv'd a set of Japanese water stones #1000, #4000, #8000, Iz been have'n fun all night!! Thank God for Fathers day!!

I have a combo 8" stone which is #1200 & 6000. It puts one sharp edge on my knives. I asked for gas for Father's Day.
