Stop pin for Hinderer or another way to make it lock up earlier

I have a xm-18 3.5" that has pretty late lock up. I was told a slightly larger lock pin might help it lock up sooner. Or if there's any other way to help it lock up earlier I'd be interested.

Dan, on the hinderer the thumb studs are the stop pin, so you can't really do much about that unless you can install an aftermarket thumb stud. But personally I would just send it back to hinderer and see if they can fix it for you.
