Stopping Smoking, any advice on this?

Once you begin this addiction it will be with you for life. You can quit smoking by going cold turkey, which is the only way I have ever known to accomplish this monumental task.

However, the addiction will never leave your body. 10 years from the time you quit someone will light up a cigarette from 25 yards away, and you will find yourself wishing you could have just one.

You may kick the habit, but something else will manifest itself, and then you will have to deal with this.

When given the opportunity you must never give in to the urge. The best advice of course is always to never even start. :rolleyes:
