Pretty much what superc mentions, just make sure they're not stored in such a way that moisture can get trapped in there with them, also best to store them outside of the sheaths.
One benefit of parkerizing is that the surface tends to hold oil. For superior rust protection you can oil the blades with Break-Free CLP.
