Storage option for my CRK friends- Pelican 1120

I first heard of the Pelican for knife storage from zyhano and it seemed like a great idea. I do not keep a large collection of knives so I couldn't use the huge case seen in his video. I went to Fry's Electronics today and picked up the Pelican 1120. If you need storage for 1-6 knives then this may be a good option for you- $27.

For a little larger CRK collection I think you could go with 4 larger knives going from top to bottom on the left and 2 smaller knives on the right side. Just thought I'd share b/c it is hard to tell sometimes from stock pictures on the internet...hope this helps.

Top to bottom on the left- XM-18, Large 21, Zaan
Right- Small Insingo, Victorinox Cadet

I love this idea. I saw the same video as you and I have been wanting to do this on some scale.
 
pelican cases are great. i have a 1300. they are made right up the road from where i live :D
 
I've seen that video as well. Great Idea, right now I keep all of my nicer knives in my watch box. The slots look like it was made to store my knives, only problem is I've ran out. Looks like I need a Pelican!
 
I use s pelican 1400, the wonderful thing is that I have a 2 year old that gets into everything. I lock mine every day so he cant get in and cut himself. the case is water proof and will keep your sebenzas in good shape.
