I'm only 30 and I've already got some
When I was a kid, everybody talked about wearing thongs. They meant the kind you slip on your feet (i.e. flip flops) not the kind girls slip up their butt.
Although I must admit I like this change
I remember way back when (like 7 years ago) I could fill up my car for $18. It was $60 a few days ago.
My grandma is 85. When asking her what technological advance changed her life the most, my young cousin expected something like computers, cell phones, etc... She was surprised when my grandma said very resoundingly, "refridgeration."
She had things like an outhouse, and a "cold box" as a kid. Makes you realize how good you have it in many ways.
Well, my dad's family wasn't so well off, and even they had an outhouse for many of his childhood years (he was born in '50).
