Hello all , I guess I should explain the title . As I was finishing up the knife with the full handle I thought , what a little chubby dude , hence the CHUB . The sheath I made with a double welt all the way around instead of a welt and a wedge for the handle area , then I thought , damn this is a stout sheath . Hence , Stout and Chub . Enough talk , to the specs .

This knife was hollow ground from 5/32" A-2 tool steel , heat treated to an Rc. 60-61 , it was finished with a fine scotch bright belt.

O.A.L. is 6-3/8"

Blade is 2-1/2" with a sharpened edge at 2-1/4" and the width edge to spine is 1-1/2"

Handle is stabilized Black Ash Burl with red liners and mosaic pins .

The sheath is 9 oz leather , right or left hand belt or pocket carry .
SOLD

Asking $175.00 with priority shipping in the USA . International friends will get a $6.00 credit for shipping , write for full ship cost .
Pay-Pal or Postal M/O preferred . Checks ok but will be held 15 days .

My PP address is sandlot@charter.net

Hope you all like my new offering and comments always welcomed .

Are the scales equally as thick on eirherbside? It appears to be tb8cker on the left side...it may just be the lighting though...
Beautiful knife though, I agree with carpenter, that black ash burl is "killer"!

I keep coming back to look at this blade.

Glad you like it , my wife loves it . I wish I had better pictures , I'm working on that . Also added my PP address if you get more interested , I realized I forgot that little bit of info .

Got the knife Monday. It feels great in the hand, and pics don't do it justice.
