I make a lot of thin knives, probably because that is what I like to carry when I am in the woods. But I have to remind myself that some people like a knife thick at the spine and tapered to a fine edge like this one.
Forged from 1/4 inch 52100 steel
Heat treated with three normalizing cycles and two tempering cycles in my shop with digitally controlled equipment
Flat grind with a machine finish
Distal tapered spine and blade
Stabilized and dyed curly maple handle
Overall length: 8 inches
Blade: 3 7/8 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop
sold delivered to the US or Canada. My PayPal account and email address is gldrewknives@gmail.com I will also accept a personal check with time to clear or USPS money orders. (Sorry, not set up for credit cards)
