I sent a knife to STR to be rebuilt into a framelock (you can check out the link below for pics & details if you're interested) and when it came back today I was very happy with the results.
If you've had STR make any mods to your knife you know he does great work and does it quickly. It was no different in this case. Also, his communication was excellent, telling me exactly what he was doing to the knife and why he was doing it. As the owner of the knife I appreciate that, it's good to know the ins and outs in a case like this.
I'll add my voice (again) to the many that say STR is your man for knife modifications. You can trust his work and his word.
