Hand-forged high-carbon 5160 steel knife with Guayubira handle (Guayubira is a tree native to Argentina, Paraguay and parts of Brazil whose Latin name is Patagonula americana), bronze and copper separators elaborated from antique coins. The pommel is an Argentine coin featuring a gaucho astride his horse (see photos). Dimensions: 11.5 inches (total length), 7.3 inches (blade), 5mm wide. Comes with a hand-sewn leather sheath.
