Here’s a handy sized hunter/camper up for your consideration. I hope you like it.
Steel .195” 440C professional HT 59/60 hand sanded to 2000 grit for a highly reflective finish.
Edge before sharpening was .015” or so and the blade glides through phone book paper, leather, rope etc. Balance is at the front pin, and all touch points are sanded down a bit for comfort so it feels great in the hand.
Dimensions: 9 7/8” OAL, Tip to Scales 5 3/8” Width 1 ½”
Purpleheart scales sanded to 1200 grit with stainless pins and lanyard tube with fluorescent orange paracord. Hand finished with multiple coats of Danish oil and carnauba wax. The sheath is lined with a fine, black felt like material and wet molded for a snug fit.
