Straight fork heat treat question

I am in the process of making a straight fork not unlike the one pictured here:

For the folks that have made these before, are we looking for more of a spring temper or a bit harder?

Craig i would think that as long as it has a good heat treat and temper it will be fine the sets that i have made i just tempered the same as the knife and they are still going strong.
 
I make a fork like that and heat treat it just like my knives 440c Rc 56-58.

The tines just spring back when bent.
