A nice 10OT from a friend in Kentucky, and a recent Ebay find, a Russell commemorative by Schrade (does anyone NOT have a knife with those plastic handles?)

Love that sawcut bone, what a patina! Looking at them side by side there is just no comparison between real bone and the imitation.That's not to say that I don't like the newer stuff ( I have the Russell commemmorative myself and think it's great) , but the old knives with natural scales just ooze character.
