Steel: AEB-L with cryo treatment

Hardness: 61.5 RC

Blade length: cutting edge is 2-5/8"

Total length: 7-3/32"

Blade thickness: a bit under 1/8" at spine

Handle material: bone paper micarta

Price: $150 + $10 insured shipping

The blade was finished with cork belts, so it's not quite a mirror polish, but pretty shiny. This is a fixed blade, not a folder, like traditional straight razors. Tang is tapered.

This is kind of a prototype, so it doesn't have my mark on it. I'm hoping someone will use it (for shaving) and let me know how it works out.

I honestly wish I had the post Christmas and 2 children's birthdays money to invest in this. My straight razor is stamped 68 and has nearly lived it's life. Some 40 years later and there is still nothing better than a single edge with a hot towel.

Whoever does commit to it will likely never go back to the "Bic"

its nice looking, I wish I had some funds to purchase and shave with it to give you feedback. Someone will snag it up and let you know how it shaves I bet though.

And here's another knife for sale. It's a paring knife of 154CM and bone micarta. Stainless Loveless bolts. Full tang, skeletonized to reduce weight.

Blade length is 2-5/8", total length is 6-1/8". Blade thickness is 1/8" at ricasso.

Hardness is around 61 Rc. Blade was cryo treated.
