There has got to be some way to stop this. It's disgusting. They even have fake Winkler papers initialed and dated in the pictures. They are not listed as Winkler in the listing titles; I stumbled upon them by accident when I searched "80crv2 fixed blade." What I saw was these fake Blue Ridge Hunters selling for $80. (edit: the real deal sells for $325) I guess there's no law against this?

I came across these on one of those "other" sites that's well known for selingl counterfeit/clones. The real ones are a high dollar item, so it didn't surprise me to see the fakes. If the real thing costs a lot, there's a good likelihood of it being ripped off. All we can really do is be sure to purchase from trusted sources to avoid getting a fake one.

There are quite a few of them on there. Every one is from a different seller, same pics and everything...makes it a lot harder for Ebay to track down .......if they actually choose to......

I did some more looking.... found some that have Winkler Knives II clearly stamped on the spine, and in the details at the bottom of the page it says made by Eafengrow......😮

did some "research" for the racticlol thread and found these on the china-site.

if they only would put up half the effort to design/produce something on their own...

i don't get it

Yeah wow! I recently saw a Youtube review of a Benchmade copy. It was pretty convincing to me, so I must not be much of an expert. It would have fooled me because it had the box and the papers with the Benchmade logo.

Fake Microtechs being sold under "Kevin John" sell all day on eBay. And yet, no one seems to care. And eBay says they're all tough on counterfeit merch. Yeah BS you greedy MFers. And I swear they tag sellers and harass them by taking down their "questionable" items while bulk Chinese sellers in particular are rewarded. eBay to me is only a buyer's market and you really do have to beware and be educated on what you're buying.
