Strange Benchmade Infidel Dagger offer - To buy or not to buy

Ok, so I live in Europe (Spain) where even the most avid knife collector runs when he hears "automatic knife" or "dagger"... So I recently been offered this Benchmade Infidel Dagger OTF Automatic Knife 3300BK which is a combination of both automatic and a dagger. He sells me knives all the time so this is not a fake or a clone or whatever... in fact ... it's an used infidel which has been previously used by a US marine and it has the following laser written text on the blade: "LS2(EXW/SW/AW/PJ) BEACH". I'm not into tactical knives or automatics but I would really like to own this one and play with it for a while. Best part of it is that he cannot sell it anywhere in Spain and wants to get rid of it for 70 euros. For this price is impossible for me to pass on this offer.
I'm not sure I will keep this knife in the future... for me .. it's just playing with it for a while... Would i have any chances selling it here ? If i get the gold membership and I am actually allowed to sell here... am i allowed to list this knid of knives here ?

For moderators: this is not an intent to sell anything.. I just need advices for anyone who understands me if i should buy this or not haha.

Thanks.

Posession might be legal but not carrying it.
If possession is illegal I'd not buy it if I were you. Might be a trap or get you in trouble down the road. Also why break a law if you don't have to? For a few $?
Selling here should be allowed with the gold membership. Make sure your customers know if it's legal wherever they live.

Selling back to the US could be problematic, if customs decides to check it out. It is illegal to import any automatics, even if it was made in the US. This is a federal law, so takes effect at the US borders. Within the US, there are varying laws between the states, but crossing state lines is still considered a federal issue, and can be prosecuted. Oddly, if you buy a knife within a state where they are legal, you are within the law, but technically, using US mail to send it somewhere else could get you into trouble. Not that there is a lot of risk, within our borders, but it could happen.

Anyway, I'd suggest that if you end up getting the knife, keep it for a while, as you wanted, then when you grow tired of the knife, or the risk of owning, find a friend (but not too close of a friend;) ) then sell it to him for a profit. You'd be better off keeping it as a personal transaction, with a lot less risk with the laws.
