Strange marking on my MiniManix??

Just got a C101P, and on the right hand side of the blade, at the handle, just under the ribbed choil is an odd symbol. It appears to be etched in black. It looks like a handdrawn "E", and at the end of the lower leg is an arrow attached. Could also be seen as a "W" with an arrow on the right side tip. Can you guys help me decipher?
 
Its Sal or Eric's initials as the designer of the folder. I believe Eric designed that folder so it should have an EG on it.

Yeah, i just pulled out my caly 3 and noticed the markings of Sal Glesser. Pretty cool feature to see on a knife. Kinda makes it feel like the knife is a custom knife and not a production knife.
 
SHArpy - thanks for the link and yep, that's definitely Eric's mark on the blade. Mystery solved! And I bookmarked that page for future reference - should come in handy!
