Strangest thing you’ve traded a knife for?

I just traded my brother in law a mini Griptilian for a bulb duster and a bottle of delta dust (professional grade pesticide).

In December I traded my co worker a kershaw leek for a pair of porcelain roosters. Made a great Christmas present for my dad.

Anyone got anything good ?

I plead the 5th. Let your imagination run wild.

Actually I can list one thing here - a Robinson Racing bicycle frame with a McMahon fork. Don’t see either of those every day.

Traded knives for knives but the thought does sound interesting to acquire different items.

Early 1990's i traded a brand new Buck 120 General for a vintage 1977 Vespa scooter (an orange 50 Special model) that had been standing outside in the garden of a friend of mine for many years.
When he bought the house he thought the scooter was no longer working and just there for decoration, but after we put some gas in the tank, inflated the tires, and used the kickstarter several times the engine came alive again.
Later i had it completely checked out by a former Vespa Piaggio factory mechanic and rode the scooter for at least 15 years around my home town.

Not my pictures but this is the exact same Vespa scooter:

Separate trades but partial on a horse, a cow and cancer surgery on a dog.
Forgot to mention still have the horse. Here my daughter was using him at this branding:

Culled the cow after a few years and the dog, a nine time cancer survivor, beat it and lived a long life!
