I had this on a glock 19 for about 1 year. It was not used, and still functions normally. I did replace the batteries
with NEW Surefire CR123 batteries today, September 12th, 2014. It has the glock/universal interface on it. I will remove the batteries and send them with the light
so they are not inadvertently depleted during transit.
