Well... It has been a long week. I am not going into details.
However, I did get to use my 18" GS for a few hours last night at a campfire next to the Brazos River. Driftwood has a lot of sand and silt in it, and although the GS dosent shave, it is still pretty sharp. How well it held up is also a testiment because of some of the morons I let use it... but I designated it a beater and told them not to abuse it too much.
Anyways. I figured that this thread would be a good thread to talk about using their khuks and or swords to relieve their stress.
A few hours chopping gritty logs will wear you out and mellow you out.
Pics of yall testing your kuks, having fun with large knives, breaking things...anything yall do with your collection to have fun is welcome.
Reviews of those things are welcome too...
I am in a Neanderthal / Midevil mood and want to take a crude club or a sharp sword and go and break things right now. (Probably a mixture of frusteration, anger, watching Lord of the Rings, and reading The Hobbit.)
Stories of Orcs, Giants, Elves, Hobbits, Lions, Tigers, Bears, and perhaps Dust Bunnies are welcome.
(Lets see those blades in action!)
