Now, before you start thinking that I'm going to have a wholesale sale on the Striders I just got....well, think again! :) I am only selling this AR to fund some MORE Striders. For someone wanting a first Strider, this will make a good one to start with.

This one has black G-10 handles, three screw clip, and tiger stripe camo finish on the blade. Lock-up is SOLID, as there is no play whatsoever in this blade. The liner comes over but does not cover the blade tang entirely leaving plenty of room for any wear that might occur. When closed, the blade is perfectly centered. The action is so smooth you won't belive it is the big folder it is! The blade itself is flat ground and is an absolute razor.

MODIFICATIONS: A little background. I stayed away from Strider for a very long time because of the clip placement on these folders. I knew that it would be useless to buy one because I would never carry it due to too much handle sticking out of my pocket. I want my folders to ride rather deep so as to not draw attention to them. So I remedied this situation on this AR and on my other AR as well. It was a very simple fix to do. I removed the clip from it's normal position and then remounted it at the back end of the knife using the already present frame hole. It required a longer screw, which I had on hand. I also used my Dremel tool to remove some of the top, flat part of the clip....the area where the three screws would attach the clip to the handle. I shaped this to match the contours of the handle so that it would look natural, which it does. :) :D I also gave the clip a "rough" finish by using a drum sander on the Dremel, and then flaming the clip to darken it a bit. Although this is a steel clip, it still shows some flamed color. This mod allows the knife to sit as low in the pocket as possible. Instead of having an inch or more of handle poking up out of your pocket you now have less than 1/4". Quite an improvement!!

Longest for sale post I've ever posted...................I take and prefer Paypal, with me handling the surcharge, or I'll take m.o.'s. This knife can be yours today for the low, low price of $300.00! This DOES NOT reflect the time I spent on "improving" the knife. ;) :p :D

CAN'T DO PICTURES, SORRY
