Strider cust service

Sent my strider smf in a week ago, just got it today. Strider inc rocks!!! They changed every screw, the thumbstuds and sharpened the blade to a razor edge. Love strider!!!

I have an aluminum SMF enroute as we speak, so I will be joining the strider family myself. The warranty and customer service was the tipping point for me, (and that on the aluminum version, the blade stop makes contact on both sides of the knife.)

That was quick service a buddy of mine sent his PT in and took 4 months needless to say he was not a happy camper.
 
Turn around is usually around 2 weeks total time unless something is really wrong with the knife as in damaged.
 
i used the usps, i didnt email or even call them. I wrote a simple note stuff it in the box and that was that.

They prefer FedEx. If its list by USPS or not delivered because they attempted on a Saturday they will not go to the post office to get it. You get good customer service with them but just send it FedEx next time
 
As long as you ship it Monday or Tuesday, USPS should deliver it by Friday if shipped priority (CONUS of course); not that big a deal. That's a pretty quick turnaround though, faster than Spyderco and Benchmade for me. I just sent my Emerson in; we'll see how long they take.

$100, can't beat that deal, congrats.
