Does Strider customer service compare to the likes of CRK, Busse Co., and other great knife companies? I've had very pleasant experiences with both aforementioned companies with very fast communications. I sent an email with a couple questions to strider customer service a few days ago and have yet to get a reply. I'm not very impressed so far. I think they have great products, I'm just hoping (curious to see) they have the customer service to match.
I forgot to mention: I don't care about the owner's life/myth/lies. I'm not concerned about any of that. I judge a knife and knife company by the materials, workmanship and service.
