Recently my Strider SNG has developed vertical blade play. I wasn't expecting this since it's the new locking interface. I contacted Strider a little over a week ago about this and haven't got a response. I'm not trying to complain in any way, what I would like to know is you're experience with their customer service and if it took a while for them to email you back.
Am I better off just sending in my knife with a note attached to it explaining the issue? I'm thinking I shouldn't, simply because I haven't got ahold of anyone yet. You're responses are greatly appreciated.
