Strider/DDC RC

The blade appears to be off-centered in the closed position; or, is that just the angle of the grind at the tip? Has the knife been used or sharpened, and does it come with the belt sheath pictured? Thanks for your time.

blade is centered, not used or sharpened, comes with sheath.
