Strider in CPM 154 or S30V?

I got my SnG in CPM154 in on the 7th. So far I like it, though I'm surprised how steep of an angle they put on their knives (around 50 degrees?). I reprofiled it to 40 degrees and it has a rather wide bevel, but I can live with it. Cutting performance with the stonewashed blade is really really good. It's cutting better than my Para 2, Military, and Manix 2 FFG. I cut through a plastic clam shell package and broke off about 10 thou off the tip, which was surprising for a ~40 degree edge. Fine edge retention seems to be better than my Spyderco's in S30V.
