Strider knives contact help?

Hi I sent my AR folder into strider for warrenty work after getting the go ahead via email. As of 2/2 I know they have it because fed ex says it was signed for, but I can't get ahold of them. They will not answer phone calls or emails and there website seems to be gone. Does anyone have a way to get ahold of them?

I can't help you, but I wouldn't be TOO worried. They're sort of famous for this...but I think the job gets done in the end.

I sent a PT CC in and it arrived 2/3/2011. I did finally get a response from Joshs email that you see above around the middle of Feb. He replied about a week and a half later. He said they would hopefully get to it this week. I have not heard back since. I called two dozen times and sent emails to their @strider emails and never got an answer. I assume it will come back eventually.
I would say patience and trust play a very large role in strider warranty work. I am not worried and I don't think you should be either. :D
 
just found out strider's HQ is literally a 5 minute drive away from my work in san marcos CA.... this is awsome!
 
Strider warranty is just like skydiving, you jump trusting that the chute will open. If you got an e-mail from them at some point with instructions to send the knife in, that's probably the last you'll hear from them until it's ready to come back or till it shows up in your mailbox one day. It could be a couple weeks or a couple months. You don't know 'till you know. That's just how they choose to do it for whatever reason. Some people don't have a problem with it, other's do. It's been argued and debated here and elsewhere to the point of beating the horse to mush. . .
 
STRIDER IS IN SAN MARCOS my prayers have been answered i'm taking the bus there and steali-i mean visiting!!!!! kinda happy so many makers are in north county!
 
ive sent in a few, they take some time but they come back good to go, I pretty much sent them in and forgot about them.
 
hey dont bother going there. i stopped by the other day and they dont have a retail store at all. if you go to the gun store in the same center you can meet them cause their in multiple times daily.
