Hi I apologize, I am new to Striders and this was actually my first Strider, I am unfamiliar with the variances in manufacturing for Striders, I wish I could answer your question.
 
It's all good. Was it recently purchased from a distributor, or did you buy it second hand from a private seller?
 
I bought it from a dude in Blade Forums, I think it was posted on the 21st or at least that is when I purchase it or something. I like the blade, just a bit small for my taste, so want to get an SNG (also I went really overboard with the knife buying as of recent so had to do a catch and release on this one, lol). I will find the link and PM it to you.
