Update. I sent it in over a month ago. 8 emails and 2 phonecalls later I got a response saying that they have my knife it's not repaired yet and they will need $15 to return it. Still waiting to hear back on what form of payment they will accept.

I will let you guys know how it is when they return it.

I think after two weeks I would have been placing a phone (s) call to find out what was up, and would not have left them alone until I got an answer. (Always send items with shipping confirmation- so you know the date and time delivered)

the $15 is for return shipping, not unreasonable IMO, afterall your are not the original owner.
 
Well emailed them again and tried calling several times today and noone answers. I was relatively pleased with this PT until I experienced their CS or lack of it. I don't mean to offend anyone but I almost feel insulted by this level of customer service. Hands down the worst I've recieved and I've dealt with much lower cost knife companies. BTW I have absolutely no problem paying $15 or even $50 if I could just get the knife back in decent order. Of course it's possible they might have some crazy stuff going on and are super busy and I'm overreacting. I just wished I could have gotten a response explaining things and what my ETA is for the knife.
