SOLD! First up is a lightly used Strider Recurve RCC. For a short time, it has been carried, used, and sharpened. I planned on using it for everyday carry because I loved the barely over 3" but fairly wide blade, as well as the nice recurve for downward and pulling cuts. So I used it to cut carpet, shave the inside of a pvc connector, cut electrical tape off an iron pipe, and all that good stuff. But after a few days, I realized that my bank account was asking me to sell it. So here I am. After all the hard use, I figured I had done something to the edge. But to my amazement, it looks just like it did when I got it four days ago. This really is one heck of a knife, but I just can't afford to keep it. The edge is almost perfectly straight with a couple of super small imperfections that will come out with a sharpening. The G-10 has some residue on it, probably plaster and tile adhesive. I'm sure it would come off, but I just don't feel like taking a brass wire brush to it. If you're gonna use it, you won't care. The thing that really amazes me is that no matter how gunked up I got the knife with plaster and putty, it still opened as smooth as a Sebenza, and much smoother than an SMF.

SOLD! Next up for grabs is a Large Sebenza with nice Fish Hook graphics. It looks like it has barely been used if at all with two very tiny edge imperfections that will come out with the first sharpening. However, it has never been sharpened, and it is super razor factory sharp. It has been lightly carried, with the usual week old scuffs on the back side and some minor scratches on the front that could be buffed out. It comes with the leather case which has some scuffs as well. Overall, this is what you would get after a week of use, but you'll save $75 dollars on this one. I wish I could afford to carry a knife like this or a Strider, but I'll have to stick to my ~$100-150 knife range .
THINK TWICE, CUT ONCE
