Hi Everyone,
My name is Kirk and I work in television and film professionally. I've always been behind the scenes either producing, directing, or editing for various companies. (But I mainly edit) Recently, I thought I would try doing my own reviews of various knives and other tactical products that I own, bought, or traded for. Here is my latest review of a Strider SJ75 that I traded with a great fellow Blade Forums member! Please take a look at my Youtube channel and let me know what you think. I've also included a link to my video production channel. (Please note, I posted this yesterday on the General Knife Discussion, and RedDevil kindly showed me which forum to post this in, thanks Rev.)

Thanks for a Great forum!

Regards,

Kirk

Hey Kirk, nice video man. Your experience editing and shooting has certainly paid off - it's very well done. The subject matter doesn't hurt either! Best regards.

Hi Dan,
Thank you for the kind words! I have two more videos coming out next week and hope to get into doing production videos for knife companies.

Kind Regards,
Kirk

I also stumbled upon this thread and I have to say that you make some awesome vids. and intense montage. I subscribed (ccmfayz1). When the time comes (when the planets align the time will come,) I will call on you for your services. I am an avid collector of knives for a long time already, and I'm about to start producing blades professionally. At that time I will need a sort of shop tour/a short "about me" video made up. I'm thinking that your style of fast, hip and high tech new falls right in line with what I'm looking for. Given that I will be making my knives in my already established machine shop, full of late model cnc and other manufacturing machines. I'm still putting things together as in establishing my new endeavor as a company, as a serious business, so this is why I say the time has to come, but not just yet. Good luck to you as well. Being that this thread is from last year I wonder how things are going for you for your new side business. Cheers!

Well done, and thanks for the vid, Kirk.

The SJ75 is a beautiful folder and I said so in another review here.

Unfortunately, mine soon began requiring constant adjusting each time I used it. I no longer have it.

Perhaps you could post a follow-up on yours once it's fully broken in.
