Hey BF.

I am looking to find a new home for two of my Striders.

These are both really difficult for me to move, but I fund this hobby through this hobby so with a heavy heart someone is going to grab a great deal.

I am not looking to get rich, that's not why I am here, this is simply to fund other knives, and these are the most fair prices you will see on knives of this caliber.

First up is my Strider AR-FL.
These are discontinued and rarely pop-up anymore.
This one is in excellent shape.
Carried and used for a few days, shows really no signs of wear other than a few light scratches around the pivot.
Mechanically perfect. Original edge.
Lock-up is at around 40% / Zero play in any direction / buttery smooth action / excellent detent.
Steel is CPM S30V and dead centered.
If you know your Striders, this is a rare piece of history, and just a wonderful knife.













 
Next up is a very Special SMF, that is the hardest knife I have ever decided to part with.

This is the most mechanically perfect Strider I have ever owned.
I traded for it with my good friend and forum member Gizler00 on his word that this Strider was just something I had to own.

He wasn't wrong.
This is the smoothest, most flickable large knife I have ever held.

The detent is perfect, and the blade closes under it's own weight.
The action is something to be experienced.

Both he and I have used this knife a ton.
It remains in perfect mechanical shape, with obvious signs of use.

*This is not a safe queen, this is a user*

Blade steel is CPM154
Blade is dead center
There is zero play in any direction
Lock up is at 30% and has never moved
*the pivot has no loctite*

I sent the blade to Josh at REK who did an amazing regrind.
This is an SMF SLICER, that has not lost any of it's toughness.
It is absolutely hands down perfect.

Sorry for the long sales thread, but I want to make sure I clearly explain both of these knives, and give you guys as many pics as I can.

I am not going to go on about how good the prices I am asking for these are, I will let you guys decide....

For the AR-FL I am asking $425.00 Withrawn for now (can't give a good knife away!)

For the SMF I am asking $375.00 SOLD

This is not about making or loosing money, it's about what I would like to get to fund other knives.
