On the SMF, is that Carbon Fiber scale factory or aftermarket? Also is the anodizing factory or aftermarket (pimped with voided warranty)?

don't know if it is aftermarket or not ( iwas told it was factory), it is aftermarket Anodization as far as I know, prev owner did all that

Very good, then the warranty is void and should be advertised that way.
