I've already put one of my backup CPM-M4 SMFs up on the Exchange (see thread here), and with a Yuna custom on the way, I'm now wanting to put another one up for sale as well. This one is just like the first except that the anodized aluminum scale on the non-locking side is black instead of bronze. The description and everything else below is the same as in the other thread, with the pictures being the only difference.
Around the time of BLADE 2011, Strider unveiled a new variant of the SMF that had a one-piece aluminum scale/backspacer on the off (non-locking) side instead of the usual G-10. They also made a small number of the new aluminum SMF with steels other than their usual CPM-S30V, including CPM-M4. Being a huge fan of the SMF (my favorite knife), as well as a fan of CPM-M4, I snagged multiples of the knife in case one was ever destroyed in, um, whatever sort of accident/calamity could manage to destroy a Strider. Now, though, with a ton of other good knives on the horizon, I'm looking to let one of my backups go.
The knife, being a backup, is NIB -- "New In Baggie", since Striders don't come in boxes.
It's never been carried or used. It has a well-centered blade and early lockup (see pictures) and comes with its original baggie.
I'm asking SOLD for the knife (add 3% if paying via PayPal and not using the 'personal' tab). Shipping via USPS Priority Mail w/ DC & $SOLD of Insurance is $11 within the United States. I'm also happy to ship to non-US destinations via USPS Express Mail International, which is $36 (at buyer's risk).
