Has been used, carried, and sharpened. Shows light wear throughout. Full disclosure. This came to me in rough shape w/ a lot of blade play. I disassembled with correct tools, cleaned, and lubed everything. Everything seems to be in proper order now. Lockup is solid at around 40% w/ very slight lock stick (I believe this should work itself out in time). Centering looks to be spot on.
