I recently posted a thread in excitement of my Strider SNG arriving from TNK here. Well she's arrived!!!

Man this knife has left me at a loss for words! I really though I wanted a green lego, but when I saw this one I knew I was mistaken. The coyote brown is awesome! This is my first SNG and I'm completely blown away by the beef of this knife matched with the fit and finish. I've been opening and closing it for a bit now, and it's getting smoother with every open! Really excited to have this piece of art!

Here's some pics, sorry for the poor quality:

Thanks for listening to me blubber!

Congrats brother.. good looking blade. Give us some feedback after a few months of use.

Congrats on the SnG! If it is anything like my 2 SnGs you will find the crap about rough fit & finish nonsense. They are some of the most solid, smooth, well fitted knives I've owned.

You got a good knife there! Striders are best used! You'll not get the benefit of that knife if they just collect dust.

The Strider haters just embellish everything they can, because they hate MS.
I wouldn't go that far. I've never heard anyone say 'Strider knives suck because Mick Strider sucks'. It's two separate topics. The people who disagree with what he did certainly have the right to not buy his knives if they so choose. They also have the right to share that opinion when Strider threads arise. Do some beat it to death? Yes maybe, but I think it's pretty relevant to bring up when someone creates a thread inquiring about Strider knives. Also I believe those who have had fit & finish or other issues with his knives are not simply fabricating those details to spite him. Those issues may very well have been resolved in his latest knives - which is the vibe I'm getting from those of you have made more recent purchases.

It's really amazing how polarizing this subject is. I've been out of the hobby for a while, and it seems to still be going strong.
