Up for sale is a Strider GB-FL (Frame Lock)
This was a numbered TNK Special Edition, and it's #17 of 100 made.
Originally this GB had a Tiger Striped blade, and after using it for a while, I sent it to Josh @ REK for it to be cleaned up and toned down to a more simple Strider look.
Josh put over 24 hours into making this GB exceptional.
The frame and clip where re-blasted.
The blade was re-blasted and then stone washed, and Josh put a lot of time into getting the symmetry on a complicated edge spot on.
All around it came out looking perfect and factory. (I will let the pics do the talking)
I haven't cut a thing with it or carried it since it came back to me.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY:
- This Strider has some lock stick, they all do. It can be fixed immediately with graphite, or it will fix itself as the knife gets fully worked in.
- This knife is NOT worked in. New blast on the blade means it needs to be worn in again.
It doesn't 'fly' open, but is smooth.
- The pivot is adjustable (Loctite removed) so it will need some fine tuning during the break in period, and will need to be tightened every once in a while.
- Blade is a hair off centre to the lock side. Zero issues.
I am asking a more then reasonable $
That includes PP fee's and tracked shipping anywhere in the USA/Canada.
I reserve the right to sell to whomever I wish.
First 'I'll take it' with prompt payment gets this beast, or it goes to the next in line.
