Strider vs. Buck/Strider Tarani.

If you can get the higher end buck striders for ~50, I'll take two dozen and sell them back for about a 100. Someone's losing 50% value out there.

I didn't know they were so special. I know of two that have gone for under $50 in the last month or so. Just keep an eye on the for sale forums and ebay.

Strider SNG's can be had for less the 4 C notes. You are getting an S30V blade and a very thick chunk of Titanium too. If you only have a $100 or so to spend the Buck/Strider is a good choice but if you want one of the toughest knives out there then there is nothing like a real Strider. You just need to ask what you want - a pretty custom or a bad ass hard use knife made strong enough for military use. It takes a mindset adjustment to carry and use a $400 knife but once you do you won't regret it.
