Hey guys,

Anyone have some updated information on how to contact Strider?

Experiences?

Will they replace a scale if it has been lost or damaged? (At my cost, of course.)

Check out the feedback section of the forum there is a strider thread there I think.

I would highly doubt they'd replace a scale that's been lost since they prefer people not take the knives apart (specifically because people lose/damage parts).

Have you emailed them yet? I'd start there, they've always been prompt with me in replying but its been a while.

From what I can remember on the scale-They are not that enthusiastic about doing them. Sometimes I have heard they don't do them other times that they will do one, but it is pretty cost prohibitive. If you need a scale you might be better going to one of the pimpers. Their scales are fitted to each knife and they seem to be a little short handed for such extra work.
