Striders- Let's See 'Em!

I've never had a Lego yet so I can't compare. I had another black CC SW just like the one in the picture before and acquired this one to replace that last one. I'm only experience in CC's and the Aluminum so far ;) I like the M4 Aluminum quite a bit. It's new still and uncarried. I've been carrying the CC recently is all - it's in my RFP now ;)

Nice. I love the texture of the lego G10. Just about perfect IMO. Grippy without acting like sandpaper. I was contemplating getting a CC but I wanted to try the "classic" variation first. I do like the idea of having M4 steel though. Let me know how you like it when you start using it. I'd like to see a PT in some super steel.
 
That black oxide coated M4 would be an awesome EDC. I love the steel but the corrosion issue stinks. How will the Aluminium hold up to use? I'm under the impression that it is like the hard coating on SureFire flashlights.

Haha...maybe once we get a few more pages, i'll change the title. I like that PT! Its a mini version of my SnG exactly! That's what I want to get if/when I get a PT (maybe get a matching SMF as well)...haven't found one in that configuration anywhere though. Nice!
 
Thanks DropPoint, yeah I want to get an SNG next, I saw a flame and lime green one at the knife Ca Custom Knife Show last month. I.m already starting to save up for next years show, hopefully I'll be walking out of ther next year with a new SNG. When I bought this PT, It was kind of an impulse buy, I had no idea how much I would enjoy using and carrying it, the PT really has turned out to be one of my favorite pocket knives now.

:eek: Lime green Strider?!! I would have been all over that! as long as its more of a toxic green...not too pale. I'm guessing that was an aftermarket scale? Man, i'd love a toxic green scale on my SnG.
