This is the 1st time I've bought a knife from a maker in Blade Forums Makers(for sale).I'm unable to post pictures but the folder "Striped Shark Framelock)is still in the makers forum if you look back to early Oct. or late Nov.To say I'm pleased is an understatement. There was a couple of threads on custom makers"Bang for the Buck"type themes.I think Chuck should be in there with the top guys.I've got over 50 custom folders so I have a little experience over the 15 yrs I've been collecting. The folder is a framelock with striped D2 steel and jeweled titanium handles. There is a picture of a striped shark that Chuck made by dimpling? or dots on the handle. It looks great.Beautiful file work on the spacer bar.The fit & finish is excellent.I asked Chuck if he could put a clip on for deep pocket carry on the pivot side.He did for no extra charge and the way he positioned the clip was perfect. No interference from the frame lock. The best part of this deal was the price.$275.When I got the folder I thought he could of easily got $75-$100 more. When he told me this was only his 3rd Framelock I could'nt believe it.Its as smooth as a Sebenza with a lot more "art" work. You got to check out some of this guys knives. He has a web site(which needs a little upgrading)
http://photos.yahoo.com/knifemaker_...on top. This buy was a total thumbs up for me.

I have a liner lock and a small fixed blade from Chuck and they are two of my favorite knives. There was a thread recently in the custom forums about knives having a soul - that is exactly how I would describe Chuck's knives. They are alive!
